Check if Dad is home
For us to ensure that you receive not only the best but the most efficient service, The Little Box Company, needs the full delivery address as well as a contact number for the recipient. Also check that Dad is home or at the office to sign for the gift. It often happens that the courier arrives at the delivery address to deliver but there is no one there, make sure that the receiver will be available upon deliver to receive the gift or that there is someone else to receive it on their behalf. This is all to ensure Dad gets his gift on time.
Where does dad live?
Different areas in the country have different delivery times with some areas labelled as Grey Areas because the couriers do not do daily deliveries in those areas.
The Little Box Company is based in Johannesburg so we can do same day deliveries in Johannesburg and Pretoria for orders placed and paid for before 09:00am. All orders after that will be delivered the next day.

1-2 working days deliveries (MP, PE, PLK)
All other areas may take between 2-5 working days to deliver
All grey areas may take 2-7 working days to deliver
If your order is placed in well in advance, we will do our best to send it out early to get it delivered on time to avoid any disappointments.
