Delivery costs
The cost per delivery is R 95.00 (including VAT) per box per delivery nationwide.
Delivery time
We deliver to the recipient’s physical address (specified in the members area), throughout South Africa. Since we make use of a professional courier company that makes use of delivery routes, we cannot guarantee a delivery time.
Delivery time
All orders placed by 12:00 will be dispatched on that day. Same day delivery in Johannesburg and Pretoria for orders placed and paid before 9:00 am. Orders for Johannesburg and Pretoria placed after 9:00 am will be delivered the following business day. Cape Town and Durban will be delivered the next day if the order is placed before 12:00. All the other deliveries to major centers and remote areas will be delivered within 2-3 business days, provided the delivery details are correct.
No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Delivery to informal settlements
Unfortunately we do not deliver to informal settlements.
Delivery tracking
Once your order has been accepted, if requested we will e-mail you a tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of your gift box.
Delivery condition
Please note it is the sender’s responsibility to check that the person will be at the said premises to receive the gift box. The Little Box Company will take no responsibility if this has not been done.
Delivery to reception
Delivery to hospitals, maternity wards, nursing homes, government buildings, etc. will be made to the relevant reception area.
Delivery acceptance
All orders must be signed for. Responsibility for the gift box once signed and accepted is with the relevant authority.
Delivery acceptance
It is the responsibility of the sender to check that the person to receive the gift box is still in the hospital and in the same ward before confirming the order. No responsibility will be accepted by The Little Box Company if this has not been done.
Delivery in peak times
For peak delivery periods such as Christmas, Easter, Valentines, Mother”s Day, etc, please order at least 4 (four) days in advance to ensure timely delivery
